A common quote spoken by naturalists is to ‘take only photographs, and leave only footprints.’ The BIObus crew does both of those things during their expeditions, but they also take samples of our natural environment so that the scientists back at the Centre for Biodiversity Genomics at the University of Guelph can help us understand the world we live in.
