[:en]The weather for our first day of week two saw us go out with umbrellas. The temperature has definately dropped and it’s feeling a lot like fall. 16 degrees, 74% humidity, 100% cloud cover. It was raining so hard we didn’t take out our camera! Interested to see what impact that may have on our catch rate for tomorrow!!

On Friday our class had a very good catch, we caught between 35 and 40 bugs! There were no disturbances to our trap. It was windy and cold, that was the only downside. But it didn’t seem to impact our catch! [:en]Dear Fellow Trappers, two days ago we set up the trap. Making the Malaise trap was lots of fun. At first, we were a little confused but we figured it out because we worked together. While we were making the trap, there was a wasp trying to get in the ethanol. But besides the troubles, making the trap was a success. 🙂 Wish you all success as well !!!!!
